Who pays for Scouting at the Santa Clara County Council?

• Youth earn and save money for handbooks, uniforms, dues of membership and camp fees.

• Units supplement costs through participation in the annual Popcorn Sale and other fundraisers.

• The Santa Clara County Council raises funds through Friends of Scouting, special events, property donations, and other charitable gifts.

Together, these funds help support the cost of professional leadership, the Council Service Center, camping facilities, volunteer leader training and administration.
