If you forget your password, a new password will be e-mailed to you.
To reset the password:
1. Click Forgot password? on the Log In page.
2. From the Password Reset page, enter:
3. Click Reset.
Result: A new password is sent to the e-mail address. The new password is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as it appears in the e-mail. The RP can copy the password from the e-mail and paste it into the Password field.
Note: The RP must enter the e-mail address provided during registration. For security reasons, Internet Rechartering requires the access code and the e-mail address that the RP initially registered. If a unit forgets the password or doesn't know the access code, the RP must contact the local council for assistance. Councils may also reset user passwords.
