Units in the Santa Clara County Council have had a web presence for over 15 years. It was a unit in San Jose that initially registered the scouting.org domain that was eventually transferred to the national council for their web site.
Following the guidelines of their chartering organization, units are free to create their unique website. To be eligible to link to the Santa Clara County Council web site, units must adhere to the web policy guidelines that are designed to protect the youth of our council.
